Today is the 3rd of August and when midnight, it will be the 4th of August. That means 4 days to Hari Raya Puasa and that brings me closer to the opening of school. As much as I look forward for my first day and wanting my mom to send me to school, I hate the feeling of all the expenses that I will have to incur during my time in school. Not to mention, getting a bursary is a chore especially when you dad is not helpful at all. I will have to take matters into my own hand. By hook of by crook or by cock, I will have to get this bursary and a new Macbook.
I would like to start with a happy birthday shout out to my mom. Mom, you're the most hardworking women ever. I don't know how I would do without you ma. With that aside, let me welcome you to the month of Ramadhan where the muslims practice one of the pillars of Islam, fasting. Fasting do have its benefits. It keep you alert and make you realise that we don't have to eat that amount of food everyday on a daily basis but instead, all we need is a bite or two and I'll be full for a day. Nowadays, a small portion of food is all I need during iftar and I be comfortably full and not having a tummy. I hate tummy, and I hate a tummy when it won't go slim after an hour or two.
